September 27, 2007 by JayYay! Rory Phillips is coming back to play NYC! Hopefully it will be better attended than last time, but who knows. I’m dying to hear more Sonic Youth with Solex and indie-house bleepage mixed with post punk shakers - Shack Up! (Secretly, if it’s not any good I’ll know that the reign of Trash and Durrr is truly over. I’m kidding of course)…(Man, I am super in need of a night of dancing. It just needs to be dark enough, late enough, twisted and bangin’. It just takes the right intro…and I’m there).
