Another Birthday Party
May 14, 2008 by JayThis Friday is my friend Katherine’s birthday party at Loreley in the LES. She’s turning twenty-five, or a quarter of a century - same age as me, actually. There will be a special DJ playing - one of my favorites, and I’m giddy with anticipation. It’s a secret, but let’s just say he’s someone I’ve wanted to be since I was 18 or so.
